WHERE DOES ADEUM SHIP TO?
ADEUM delivers to mainland UK only. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? 
Your item(s) are shipped to you directly by the individual brand(s) / seller(s), therefore shipping times can vary and your order may arrive in multiple packages. The delivery time is also based on the shipping option that you have chosen. 

For personalised and engraved products, please allow extra time for your gift to be carefully prepared. 

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES? 
If you have placed a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different domestic warehouse and will therefore arrive in different packages. 

CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER? 
Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel or make adjustments to your order. 

If you need to make amendments to your order, please get in touch as soon as possible by emailing info@adeum.co.uk and we will do our best to assist you. 

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM? 
You have 14 days from the date you received your order to return non-personalised item(s). Item(s) must be in the same condition in which you received them, goods must not be used and in its original packaging.

Made to order products and personalised products are non-refundable.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND AFTER RETURNING AN ITEM?
Your order will be refunded once the returned product is received and verified by the brand partner. Post verification, your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? 
ADEUM accepts all major debit & credit cards and PayPal payments. 

HOW WILL MY PAYMENT BE PROCESSED? 
After you have placed your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our brand partners to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched immediately. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.
