Even a temperature difference of 1℃ has the power to change the taste of pour-over coffee. With this kettle, users can adjust the temperature in intervals of 1℃ from 50 ℃ to 96 ℃ to brew the perfect pour-over coffee.
The heating and heating settings are colour-coded for easy identification; orange during heating and green once the set temperature is reached. The water can also be kept warm for up to 15 minutes after heating.
Various safety features are included: heating stops automatically when the boiler is empty to prevent dry boiling, and the power turns off automatically when the boiler has not been in operation for 10 minutes.
